8:30 am: Make sure you arrive at our office to prepare for your trekking
9:00 am: Meeting with your guide and departure from the office by Tuk-Tuk
Trip Overview This adventurous 2 day trip will include beautiful kayaking with stops for exploration, The trip will visit unique villages. We will pass through beautiful nature, enjoying the lush mountains. Trained guides will share information about the ecology and culture. Time will be taken to explore ethnic villages and we will learn about traditional crafts
ITINERARY
Driving along the road for half an hour to the Ban thasae village, the place we will start paddle, first step you have to get a brief basic instruction of double kayaking and paddling safety, we paddle down the river which meanders through the thick forests of the Nam Ha National protected area (NPA), facing some rapids and seeing the amazing wilderness of the Nam Ha National protected area.
At mid-day we stop at the riverside for a picnic lunch break and refresh swimming, After lunch we continue awards until arriving in Ban Nalan village in the afternoon, where place to overnight, we enjoy a delicious Lao dinner cooked over an open fire by the villagers.
After enjoy hot tea, coffee drinking and breakfast, we take ahead paddle down the river. As we seeing some beautiful views of the forest are revealed before we arrive at a section of exciting rapids! Upon arriving where the Nam Ha river meets the Nam Tha river, we branch off and paddle down the Nam Tha river for a while until arriving at the Khmu village of Ban Huaylerd. We will take sometimes discover the village before take Tuk-Tuk back to Luang Namtha.
