Tour Introduction

Tanzania is a country surrounded with countless potential biodiversity both flora and fauna as well as non-living things which provide unforgettable experiences and friendship above expectations. In these 5 days safari, you will have a chance to explore natural wonders of Northern safari circuit with amazing and quality lodges, tented camps, food and services in the national parks. This is one of the popular safaris that provide spectacular experience in the natural setting with reasonable price at Serengeti, Ngorongoro crater and Tarangire national parks.

ITINERARY

On your arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) a member of our staff will be holding a placard of KLM Safaris. After welcome note, you will then be transferred to your hotel in Arusha for dinner and overnight stay, also at the evening our professional guide will be there for safari briefing that will give you a chance to know safari plan, backpack and other required items.

Your KLM Safaris professional safari guide will pick you from your hotel in the morning after early breakfast. You will have a medium safari drive from Arusha to Tarangire National Park approximately 2 hours and a half hour on good tarmac road while making stories for more content sharing. Tarangire National Park contain variety of wildlife both big and small, the park is popular for high elephant population you may see them roaming around in the bush searching food and relaxation. During dry season see them heading to the river just enjoying the pure drinks and cooling themselves from the hot sun during daytime. The park also contains over 500 bird species and beautiful landscape nourished with baobab trees that stand as tower in the savannah land, this ancient baobab trees play a vital role in ecosystem used as habitat for bees, birds and bats, also it has beautiful fruits and store water hence provide support during dry season. In this game drive the lunch will be provided at the picnic site inside the park and after all game drive in the park you will then back to your accommodation at Karatu for dinner and overnight stay at Eileens Trees Inn (Full Board).

After breakfast at your hotel, you will hit the road in direction of Lake Manyara National Park for your game drive. While the scenic beauty of this park certainly makes it worth a visit, the game viewing here is not as rewarding as in Tanzania's other Northern parks. Nonetheless, famous for its tree-climbing lions, flamingos, large concentration of elephants, buffalo and monkeys, as well as breath-taking scenery and soda-ash lake in the center, Manyara should definitely not be missed! Taking in the expansive views eastward, across the central soda lake you will be amazed by the sight of thousands of pink flamingos on their perpetual migration, as well as other large water birds such as storks, cormorants and pelicans. In the evening you will be driven to Karatu for Dinner an overnight stay at Eileens Trees Inn (Full Board)

Today you will start your journey to Serengeti via Ngorongoro for 4-5hrs. Serengeti is a spectacular and mostly famous national park in Tanzania, the park is popular for its vast open grasslands which allow for excellent and amazing sighting of wildlife. Serengeti is among of seven world cultural heritage and it’s popular for wildebeest, antelope and zebra migration to Masai mara Kenya looking for fresh grazing. Therefore, the clients are able to see the migration at a given migration month hence they supposed to know where to look. Dinner and overnight at Serengeti Heritage Tented Camps (Full board)

Today you will have your second day full game drive in Serengeti. Serengeti National Park is a one of the oldest and famous ecosystems in the earth where by the climate and biodiversity found remain iconic for bright future. In this day you will spend time in the park to explore big five and another animal in the park. It is a great opportunity for you to see the predators on action. There will be a fully game drive in the park with picnic lunch.

Today you will finish your game drive at Ngorongoro Conservation Area. After breakfast 08:00am, we will start our journey to Ngorongoro and descend in 600 meters deep a 20kms across, and 300 sq kms caldera which is a breathtaking experience for the game drive. This magnificent crater is one of the most densely crowded African wildlife areas in the world and is home to an estimated 30,000 animals including some of Tanzania’s last remaining Black Rhino. Supported by a year-round water supply and fodder, the Ngorongoro crater support a vast variety of animals, which include herds of Wildebeest, Zebra, Buffalo, Eland, Warthog, Hippo, and giant African Elephants. Another uniqueness of the crater is its huge population of predators, which include Lions, Hyenas, Jackals, Cheetahs and the ever-elusive Leopard. In the afternoon, you will enjoy your picnic lunch at the Hippo pool. Later, you will continue with afternoon game drive for 2-3hours then after you will ascend to the top of the crater and proceed to Arusha for an overnight (Bed and Breakfast).
