ITINERARY

Hotel pickup at 4 AM, followed by a drive to Chiquian village (approximately 2 hours 30 minutes) where we'll stop for breakfast. After breakfast, we return to the vehicle and head to the trek's starting point. 8 km trek starting at Quartelhuain (4,150 mt), ascending to Cacanapunta Pass (4,690 mt), and then to Janca camp (4,200 mt) where we'll set up camp for the night

We then head to Carhuacocha camp (4,150 mt), where we'll spend the night facing Yerupaja Grande, Peru's second-highest mountain (6,635 mt), Yerupaja Chico, and Jirishanca.

2 km from Carhuacocha to the viewpoint of the three turquoise lagoons: Grangacocha, Siulacocha, and Quesillococha. Then, we continue through Siula Pass at 4,830 mt and descend to Huayhuash camp at 4,330 mt.
