Tadoba is probably one of India’s finest Tiger Reserves. Situated in Chandrapur district of Maharashtra, Tadoba has a hilly terrain with an average altitude of about 200-350 m. Tadoba and the vicinity were once ruled by the Gond kings who used these forests as hunting grounds till it was banned in 1935. In 1955, 116.54 sq km of the forest was declared as Tadoba National Park. The success of protection and a conservation mechanism has meant the number of tigers in this reserve have increased, close to the optimal holding capacity. Reach Resort by 1:00 pm. Check-in and rest. After Lunch Gear up and Leave for 1st Wildlife Safari. Evening Back to Resort. enjoy your high Tea with delicious snacks sharing your experience of the safari.
