After a good early breakfast, it's a short drive into Kruger National Park. Upon entering the park our wildlife viewing begins. Today you can look forward to a full day game drive as we make our way from the central part of Kruger Park to the south of the Kruger Park, home to the famous big five.
A full day game drive awaits in an open safari vehicle. Today's safari will take you into a different area of the park to explore all the fauna & flora that The Kruger area has to offer.
Today we say farewell to the beautiful Kruger bush as we fly on over to the "Mother City" Cape Town. Once landed we make our way to our lovely accommodation where we will be spending the next two nights. After all the check in formalities are completed, it's time to do a bit of sightseeing with a visit to the V&A Waterfront, where we will also conclude the day with a good dinner.
Today you can look forward to explore, experience & enjoy the very best that the metropolis of Cape Town has to offer. With a visit to the top of the iconic Table Mountain by modern cable car. Once at the top be at awe with 360-degree views of the Cape peninsula. We journey around the peninsula taking a scenic world class coastal drive through Chapman's Peak, stopping at viewpoint along the way for a few pics. The journey continues to the naval town of Simons Town where we will visit the famous penguin colony at Boulders Beach.
Today you get to explore and enjoy the city with all the optional activities that it has to offer, such as a visit to Robben Island, Kirstenbosch Gardens and boat cruises to name but a few.
A scenic drive from Cape Town over the Tradouw pass takes us into the Little Karoo onto Route 62. Here you will be welcomed by the ostrich capital of the world Oudtshoorn. We make our way to the magnificent Cango Caves where we will enjoy the splendour of their heritage tour. No visit to Oudtshoorn is complete without popping into a local ostrich farm to learn about and experience the world’s largest bird.
We depart the majestic Karoo and make our way over the Outeniqua Pass back towards the coast onto the Garden Route. We pay a visit to the quaint town of Knysna where we make some time to enjoy the Knysna Heads and its quiet lagoon.
After a hearty breakfast we make our way into Tsitsikamma National Park and stretch our legs with a lovely stroll along its beautiful coastline.
