Apart for Sightseeing like outside Dinner / Add on Sightseeing will be spot charged. Please note that our Executive will hold placard with your name just outside the only exit gate of the terminal. Hotel / Resort selection is on the basis of "SERVICES" provided. City tour, Jolly buoy/Red Skin, Baratang island is closed on Monday and on Government holidays. Forest museum & Chatham saw mill is closed on Sunday. Though the Islands have been witnessing a huge tourist growth but the facilities available cannot be matched to those available in the Cities and other developed destinations. Booking will be confirmed only after receiving the advance payment and on an availability of hotels mentioned. In case of non availability of rooms in the mentioned hotels, this will be communicated to you and will give you different options and the rate of package will increase or decrease depends on the hotels and the room category selected by you. There will not be any change in the hotels mentioned without your concern. In case of any unprecedented hike in hotel charges or other service charges, the same will be levied extra. During the trip from beginning to end, you should follow the instructions & timing given by the assigned Tour Coordinator from time to time to provide you a better service. You should reach & get into the vehicle on time given by the Tour Coordinator is the final time. I f you are late for any reason, then you are taking the responsibility if ferry is missed or sightseeing point is closed or any mishap happens due to the same. Still you have any doubt regarding the final time given to you, you can clear with your Tour Coordinator over phone or personally. Hotel A/C Rooms Applicable for 2 persons staying together, sharing the same room with extra bed if applicable. The hotel and services as mentioned in the itinerary are subject to confirmation. As mentioned in INCLUDES IN THIS PACKAGE is applicable, other than that will be charged. Booking will be confirmed only after receiving the advance payment and on an availability of hotels mentioned. During the trip, Please hold the Identity Card at Air Port, Ferry Jetty, Hotels etc. which will help the people to identify you all the time Ferry sailing is subject to weather conditions. Alternate arrangements will be made in case sailing does not take place due to bad weather or load restriction. Hotels do not provide any refund if your rooms are cancelled due to non-sailing caused by bad weather or any technical issues or any governmental issues. We can arrange your alternative accommodation if you are ready to pay for the same. We will not be responsible for refunding any amount due to non-sailing of Ferry. We are not responsible for any loss of any valuable things during the trip, Please take care of baggage counts all time. Delay of Any Payment, Tour Package won't be processed. It is advisable to follow the instruction by tour manager on time to time The private cruise ferry or govt. ferry schedule is arranged by the management team of concerned department. So you should abide by that rule & should reach the harbor 45 minutes before the departure time of ferry. If ferry is missed due to late coming at harbour then another ferry will be arranged on next schedule timing on the same day if available on full ticket fare if party agree to pay & if the seats are available. Otherwise there is no option to reach Havelock & Neil Island & we are not responsible in any way for refund of unused services or alternative arrangement on the same price for your hotels booked over there. The vehicles are used as disposal basis for the sightseeing only. The cab will drop you to the sightseeing points & take you back at given timing time to time & you will have to follow that. If you want your cab will wait for you only until the point visited completely then you should inform us when making booking confirmation with us. If you are using the cab for outside dinner then you have to pay minimum Rs.500/- & more if your hotels are very far from the dinner point. If cab is waiting for your shopping then spot charge is Rs. 500/- Due to natural calamity or any govt. issues, if some points remain close then we will not be responsible for any refund as everything is arranged before the trip start & part of the package is not breakable for refund particular part cost. Instead we will arrange alternative trip if possible for the same price booked, otherwise extra charges will be collected directly to arrange that trip. Our company generate the invoice for receiving payment only after discussing with the clients & finalizing each & every things mentioned the package from our side. And after receiving the payment the package is considered as the final package & before that all the packages sent are not considered as everything corrected until discussion with clients. If you are booking the package with flight, then you should pay instantly within 15 minutes, when the package is updated & mailed to you. If you are late for making payment & if the flight fare increases then you have to pay the difference amount, as the flight fare may change in a minute. On the arrival day till evening you should pay the full remaining amount of your package to the assigned person & should inform to your concerned representative for smooth operation of your trip. Our Executive will hold Placard with your name just outside the exit gate of the terminal only. The vehicle used will be exclusive for that couple/group but will not be at their disposal. It will be as per contract & will change sector wise. Extra charges are applicable for the vehicle used apart from the itinerary. Check - out time of the hotels in Port Blair, Havelock, Neil Island and Diglipur is 08:00 hours. If you are going by the afternoon flight you can request the hotel for late check - out and they will provide the room subject to availability. Or else you will be requested to check - out by 08:00 hours and spend time in the hotel campus or can book extra tour from us. Hotel may change as per its room availability. Tour Itinerary will be advised to you by our Guest Relations Executive after arrival. Tour Itinerary may be shuffled without prior notice because of holidays, inclement weather conditions etc. However all the sightseeing spots mentioned in the itinerary will be covered. As the vehicle & drivers may keep changing sector wise, we request you to take diligent care of your personal belongings throughout the tour. We are not responsible for any Delay / Postponement / Cancellation of Flights and Ferries. Due to inclement weather conditions that may occur at Port Blair, some of the sightseeing spots can be visited but may not be suitable for snorkeling, due to less or nil transparency of water. At some other sports, live coral which can be viewed from a glass bottom boat could be affected owing to rain or overcast weather. Light & Sound Show conducted in an open-air amphitheatre in the Cellular Jail too, is totally dependent on weather conditions. There will be no refund of any unutilized service in part or in full, what so ever may be the reason. Please Note: The above itinerary is tentative; the actual sequence of the tour will depend of the factors like availability of ferry tickets, hotel rooms, holidays and similar factors. We will try our best to complete all the sightseeing mentioned in the itinerary, but we won't take responsibility for incomplete tour due to unavailability of ferry/boat tickets, holidays, delays by guest, or any other similar reason.
